The hotel was absolutely great, but I stayed for 1 night only. Truly enjoyed my rooms with the extra blankets requested. Superfriendly and unfailingly polite staff and everything was great. Mentioned venue met all required needs and my stay there was comfortable.

Really was set up perfectly for my needs. Had a one bedroom suite and both areas quite comfortable. Only had one reg coffee in room, and would have liked 2.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was very clean.
Breakfast was very bland (not very good), bed was not soft (not a good night sleep), and was expecting to have a whirlpool outside alongside the pool becuase on the website, that is what was shown, an no whirlpool.

The rooms are very clean and neat, and the beds are extremely comfortable with a nice wake-up service, plus the location is near restaurants, gas stations, and shops.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was phenomenal, especially Christina at the front desk who patiently helped me with a double booking issue and even lent me a charger. The hotel was clean and in a great location, close to restaurants, the mall, and in a nice area. The breakfast provided was also good.

This Fairfield Inn lived up to the Marriott brand. The one in Avon, OH where we had stayed last week, is bay in need of remodeling.
No hot tub.

Friendly staff and enjoyed the free breakfast while on vacation with the kids.
Sofa sleeper had no sheets on it or a blanket for the kids. We didn't find it in the bedroom drawer until check out time while packing.
